Launchy: Append redux

There was a flurry of activity here when I posted my very basic Launchy append-to-a-text-file hack.

It was picked up by a few people on the Launchy Forums at SourceForge and greatly improved by poster jasonmez with various applications of VB script, and/or the Runny plugin for Launchy.
